Bui Vien is definitely the backpacker Avenue of Saigon. It’s similar to Khao San Street, but not really as ridiculous. Full of bars taking part in dance new music, modest beer shops with plastic tables spilling into the road, eating places, espresso shops, and boutiques – you may see why backpackers like it. Bui Vien is labeled to be a “strol
